Over the years many people have asked us what the “D and B” stand for in our name. Daryl Mooney and Boyd O’Halloran were the two entrepreneurs who started the small irrigation business back in 1981. However, for over 20 years now, Jeff Fawcett and Todd Gudz have owned, operated and grown the business to its current day operations.
We continue to concentrate on new system installation and service primarily in the Westman area ranging from residential systems to commercial landscapes, sports fields and golf course upgrades. We have grown from a 2-man operation to employing full time installers, service technicians and office personnel. Although our focus has not changed a lot over the years, we continue to research and offer the best products to most efficiently apply water over a variety of landscapes.
Our success over the years has also been driven by maintaining a high level of service to our customers both in Brandon and the surrounding areas. Eight years ago we introduced our Annual Service Plan which has been a successful program with many benefits. We have extended the plan to our valuable rural customers this year.

How does it work?
Sign up for an account and register your banking information to withdraw the funds with Telpay Online.
The following are instructions on how to create an account for Telpay Online to pay D&B SPRINKLERS:
1. Sign Up at telpay.ca/online
– Complete all required fields in “Company and Contact Information” and “Payment Details“.
– Enter 0090863 for Telpay Biller Code.
– Confirm and activate your account.
2. Make your first payment
Complete required payment details in “Biller information” and “Payment instructions“.
– Telpay Biller Code: 0090863
– Customer Account Number: use your 10 digit phone number.
– Enter payment amount and choose payment date*.
– Confirm and accept payment details.
3. Confirm your payment method
– Enter the bank account that Telpay should debit your payment from.
– Review and agree to Customer Agreement.
– For verification purposes, email a copy of void cheques (for businesses) or a utility bill (for individuals) and your signed authorization form to online@telpay.ca or by fax at 866-396-2548**

**First payment cannot be processed until we receive a copy of your void cheque and signed authorization form.
