• Scheduled spring start-up in April or May, a mid-season check in July and winterization in September or October
• Priority service within 48 hour period (Monday – Friday).
• Priority scheduling for repair work as needed.
• Priority scheduling for new projects.
• 10% discount on materials and labour, if repair work is needed.
• Automatic credit card payment (if chosen).
• Automatic renewal. (Unless 30 days prior notification is given by the client to cancel service).
• Service agreement charges are due in advance of service.
• D & B Sprinklers will call in advance to set up appointments.
• Minor repairs will be performed as necessary and be billed in addition to annual plan.
• Quotes will be provided for major repair work (over $100.00 if required).
